Internship in Project and Production Engineering

About the role

Join Bosch Thermotechnology AB in Tranås as a full‑time intern in the TEF4 department. You will support the Production Engineering team, helping to improve manufacturing efficiency and gain hands‑on experience in a leading heat‑pump production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the local Production Engineering department with daily project management tasks.
• Plan and execute production‑related projects independently.
• Evaluate data, create statistics and monitor production KPIs.
• Design parts and produce CAD drawings.
• Perform administrative support for the Production Engineering manager.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering or a related field (Bachelor or Master).
• Previous production‑related experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and drive ideas forward.
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
