Full-time babysitter/nanny in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg

About the role

Barnakademin provides families in Sweden with high‑quality childcare services and is seeking a full‑time English or Swedish speaking babysitter for a family in Västra Frölunda, Göteborg. The role involves caring for a newborn baby and supporting a 5‑year‑old child, five days a week, from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for the newborn baby, including feeding, changing, and soothing.
• Assist the 5‑year‑old with daily routines and preschool preparation.
• Look after the family’s small dog as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience caring for babies.
• Responsible, creative, and good social skills.
• Fluent in English or Swedish (Italian a bonus).
• Willing to commit to a long‑term role of at least 6 months.
