Fastighetshandläggare – Tvärbanan (Stockholm)

About the role

We are looking for a Property Officer to support a public transport authority on the large Tvärbanan tram project. The position is a consulting assignment based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model. You will work closely with the client, handling property and contract matters across a defined geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation contract negotiations with municipalities and major infrastructure owners.
• Conduct land‑access negotiations with property owners and leaseholders, drafting necessary agreements.
• Facilitate progress of detailed planning processes.
• Prepare and submit application documents related to property and planning matters.
• Coordinate with multiple ongoing construction contracts to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work independently and drive issues to resolution.
• Excellent collaboration and flexibility to adapt to client needs.
• Experience in handling property, land‑access, and contractual negotiations within the infrastructure sector.
• Good understanding of planning regulations and the ability to promote plan progress.
