About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager specialized in guarantee maintenance and vegetation for a public authority responsible for traffic and urban environment in Stockholm. The position is a consultancy assignment (approximately 10 % of a full‑time effort) and will be performed on a hybrid basis, requiring close collaboration with the client and the project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the guarantee maintenance and upkeep of vegetation within an infrastructure project.
• Monitor the contractor’s obligations during the guarantee period and ensure compliance with agreed plant‑care standards.
• Make decisions on necessary adjustments to the prescribed maintenance plan.
• Review and interpret documentation related to vegetation management.
• Coordinate closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to align maintenance activities with project timelines.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of plant health, growth requirements and horticultural practices.
• Experience working in construction or infrastructure projects with a focus on green areas.
• Excellent flexibility and ability to work collaboratively with public sector clients.
• Good analytical skills to assess contractor performance and documentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of vegetation management and guarantee maintenance procedures.
