Account Manager – Affiliate Programs (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Our Account Management team is seeking an Account Manager to manage affiliate programmes for advertisers across retail, travel and other verticals. You will develop analytical and strategic skills while working with large brands and collaborating internationally on projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate performance reports, provide insightful analysis and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular client calls, respond quickly to client goals and maintain strong relationships.
• Produce competitor benchmarks and advise on industry trends and opportunities.
• Optimise existing publisher relationships and recruit new publishers for advertisers.
• Present confidently to internal and external audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Develop creative client strategies aligned with success metrics and build comprehensive roadmaps.
• Ensure campaigns use the latest technology and tracking optimisations.
• Attend local Awin or client offices regularly to strengthen partnerships.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience managing accounts in affiliate marketing or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to present commercial content to internal and external groups.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Proactive, driven to improve programmes and develop personal skills.
• Professional with a strong track record of client and team relationship building.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written); Swedish or other Scandinavian language a plus.
