About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Manager to drive new revenue streams and expand into emerging customer segments across the Nordic and Baltic regions. You will shape strategy for Retail & Commerce, the public sector and other new markets while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow new revenue streams and enter new segments such as Retail & Commerce and the public sector.
- Lead relationship management to expand customer segments and foster partnerships with new clients.
- Understand client strategies, objectives and operations to tailor innovative solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless process.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and consistently deliver strong personal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities into signed deals.
- Promote a one‑team environment across Mastercard to drive collective success.
Required profile
- Proven track record of excellence in B2B sales.
- Self‑starter with success in team‑oriented environments.
- Experience selling to large enterprises in retail, travel, hospitality, telco, consumer goods or the public sector.
- Customer‑first mindset with the ability to uncover needs and craft innovative strategies.
