IT-Projektledare för fordonsprojekten X15p och X25

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the IT aspects of two vehicle procurement projects (X15p and X25) for a Swedish traffic authority. The role is based in Stockholm and will be performed on a full‑time hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all IT work related to the acquisition and delivery of new trains.
• Manage requirements, technical integrations, and follow‑up on IT deliveries from vehicle suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with IT architects, test leaders, vehicle suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of onboard and land‑side vehicle solutions with central systems for communication, video, passenger information, passenger counting and door control.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in transportation or rail projects.
• Strong ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
