About the role

Jack & Jones is looking for an enthusiastic Store Assistant to join its fashion store in Livli, Sundsvall. The role focuses on delivering Sweden’s best customer experience by combining product knowledge with a genuine passion for style.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain visual standards and arrange merchandise to highlight trends.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Provide product advice and styling suggestions tailored to individual customers.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Outgoing, customer‑focused and comfortable interacting with diverse people.
• Strong interest in current fashion trends and ability to create appealing outfits.
• Motivated by daily challenges, personal responsibility and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Good communication skills in Swedish.
